University of the West of Scotland

An example of the successful implementation of bilateral cooperation with European universities was the Master's program of double diplomas in the specialty "International Management" in conjunction with the University of West Scotland, Glasgow and the Engineering and Economics Department of the STU.
Training in this direction is carried out on the basis of STU with the involvement of teachers from the Western University of Scotland in two languages - Russian (70% of the material) and English (30% of the material). A necessary requirement for admission to this program is the availability of an international certificate confirming the level of knowledge of the English language - no less than IELTS 6.0, or any other certificate corresponding to the level of B2 language proficiency.

The results of DD programs are:
• entry into a single world educational space,
• preparation of competitive specialists, increasing the attractiveness of their own higher education programs,
• professional development of teachers and expansion of their academic potential,
• introduction of new methods of educational technologies in the educational process, development of the entire university as a whole
