В редакцию Вестника СГУПС представляются следующие материалы:

Статья, заявки, сканированный вариант экспертного заключения предоставляются в электронном виде на почту vestniksgups@sibgups.ru.

Файл с текстом статьи должен быть назван фамилией автора (например: Иванов.doc).

Экспертное заключение необходимо отправить по адресу:
630049, г. Новосибирск, ул. Дуси Ковальчук, 191, СГУПС, редакция «Вестник СГУПС»
или можно оставить в отделе делопроизводства (комн. 216) в ячейке «Вестник СГУПС».

Предоставляемый материал статьи должен быть оригинальным, не опубликованным ранее в других печатных изданиях.

Статьи с грубыми грамматическими и стилистическими нарушениями норм русского языка не рассматриваются.

Структура текста статьи должна содержать основные разделы: введение; материалы и методы исследования; результаты исследования и их обсуждение; выводы.

Статья представляется в электронном виде в форматах doc, docx через 1,5 интервал (гарнитура Times New Roman, кегль 14 pt; поля: верхнее и нижнее – 20, левое – 30, правое – 10 мм).

Объем статьи должен составлять 10–15 страниц.

Статья должна содержать:

• УДК
• сведения об авторах на русском и английском языках
• аннотацию (200–250 слов) и ключевые слова (5–7 слов и словосочетаний) на русском и английском языках
• библиографический список на русском и английском языках (не менее 10 источников)

Таблицы должны иметь содержательные названия. В примечаниях к таблицам объясняются все сокращения или обозначения. Если таблиц (рисунков) несколько, они должны быть пронумерованы. В тексте даются ссылки на таблицы и рисунки.

Рисунки, графики, схемы должны выполняться в графических редакторах, поддерживающих векторную графику (например, Adobe Photoshop). Если в тексте есть фотография, отсканированный рисунок, то они обязательно должны быть представлены также и отдельным файлом в исходном графическом формате (например, jpeg, tiff).

Библиографический список, оформленный по ГОСТ Р 7.0.5–2008 «Библиографическая ссылка. Общие требования и правила составления», составляется по ходу упоминания литературы в тексте и приводится в конце рукописи.

Ссылки на литературу в тексте оформляются в квадратных скобках следующим образом: [3, с. 252].

Самоцитирование в библиографическом списке должно составлять не более 30 %.

Редакция оставляет за собой право внести исправления в текст статьи. Корректура статьи авторам не предоставляется.

Гонорар авторам за опубликованные статьи не выплачивается.

Редакцией рассматриваются только те материалы авторов, которые полностью соответствуют вышеобозначенным требованиям. Статьи, не соответствующие представленным требованиям, возвращаются авторам для доработки.

Author Guidelines

The journal publishes original manuscripts that were not published previously in other journals.
The article should begin with substantiation of the problem treated. It must possess a coherent structure and offer well-formulated statements and sound scientific results. The article must end with adequate conclusions regarding the theoretical importance of the study and practical recommendations stemming from it.
Grammatically and/or stylistically deficient articles will be considered as not deserving publication.

1. For submitting an article for publication in “The Siberian Transport University Bulletin”, the author (or, more precisely, all the authors) are invited to send to the journal an application for publication. Application Form. The application, together with the manuscript, is allowed to be submitted viavestnik.stu@yandex.ru.

2. The author may choose to submit his/her article as a doc, docx or rtf file. Simultaneously, a hard copy of the manuscript should also be provided (А4 format, 1.5-line spacing, font Times New Roman, 14 pt; margins: upper and bottom – 20, left – 30, right – 10 mm). 3. Authors are to provide the following materials:

• Manuscript (a typical length of an article is 10–15 pages)
• List of references (at least ten items referenced according to Federal Standard GOST 7.1-84. “Bibliographic Description of a Document. General Requirements and Compilation Rules";
• UDС;
• The title of the article and the list of the authors in English;
• Abstract (200–250 words) and keywords (5–7 words or word combinations) in the Russian and English languages.

4. Tables must be provided with meaningful titles. All abbreviations and designations used must be explained in footnotes provided under the tables. Several tables (figures) contained in an article should be numbered consecutively and referenced in the text of the article. Illustrations must be provided as clear black-and-white illustrations. Figures, graphs and diagrams are to be prepared as vector graphic materials using Adobe Photoshop or similar graphic processors. Each scanned photo or figure contained in the article must also be provided as a separate graphic file (jpeg or tiff formats are admissible). Mathematical formulas must be typed using the MS Equation 3.0 editor.

5. The list of references prepared according to Federal Standard GOST 7.1-84 “Bibliographic Description of a Document. General Requirements and Compilation Rules” is to be compiled in accordance with their appearance in the text and be given at the end of the article. Admissible Reference Styles
In the text, references should be indicated with bracketed figures: [3, p. 252].

6. Within one article, footnotes should be arranged in uniform manner with consecutive numbering.

7. Authors are invited to provide the editorial office with the following materials:

1. Printed copy of the manuscript signed by all authors
2. Printed application for publication
3. Expert permission for publication. Expert Permission Form. Filled-in Expert Permission Form
4. Antiplagiat Web Service Certificate signed by the corresponding author. Post-graduate students and candidates for a scientific degree should provide a recommendation letter signed by the scientific supervisor.
5. The editors reserve the right to edit the incoming materials. No proof-reading stage for the authors is provided.
6. The journal pays no fee to the authors.

Only manuscripts that fully comply with the above requirements will be considered by the editors.
Deficient manuscripts will be returned to the authors as requiring improvement.
