Human Resource Management

The faculty was established in 2002 on the basis of the following majors: Human Resource Management, Psychology and Professional Training. Valentina M. Nikolaenko, Candidate of Sciences in Philosophy, Assistant Professor, organized the faculty. The faculty had its first graduates in 2003.

The faculty provides training in three majors:
• Personnel Management
• Psychology
• Professional Training
The faculty trains managers, psychologists and teachers of profess training.

Main research-and-production directions:
• development of enterprise personnel policy
• psycho-diagnostics and psychological consultancy in personnel selection
• motivation, training and personnel career-making
• social psychological research
• interpersonal communication
• organization and management activities

The faculty comprises two departments:
• Social Management Psychology
• Professional Training, Psychology and Pedagogy

The faculty employs two Doctors of Sciences, Professors and 16 Candidates of Sciences, Assistant Professors.

About 600 specialists have graduated from the faculty, who are heads of industrial, commerce and transport organizations as well as of colleges and vocational schools.

Among the graduates are heads of personnel divisions of the West-Siberian Railway (Ye.P. Yankova, Head of Railway Traffic Service Sector; A.D. Fomin, Deputy Head of Railway Centre for Passenger Transport Service on Personnel and Social Issues; TV. Kovnurko, Deputy Head of Inskaya Railway Station on Personnel and Social Issues; A.V. Beliy, Deputy Head of Tatarsk Track Maintenance Department on Personnel and Social Issues) and of the Krasnoyarsk railway (Ye.V. Ruchkanova, Head of Personnel Department of Abakan Division; S.G. Kurchatova, Head of Personnel Management Department of Karsnoyarsk Division).

Apart from these, heads of other organizations have graduated from the University with the qualification in Personnel Management (S.S. Shtronda, Head of Trade Union Committee in the Passenger Service Board; I.V. Slyusarenko and A.A. Gamershmidt, Heads of Achinsk and llansk Divisions of Civil Structures; V.M. Chernyshenko, Head of Achinsk Locomotive Depot). Among the 95 graduates with the Personnel Management Degree, there are 36 employees of the Krasnoyarsk Railway Administration, 22 deputy heads on personnel, seven leaders of trade union organizations and nine specialists of staff reserve.
